We had a very peaceful and comfortable stay in our hotel. the location was really good, which allowed us to easily move around and explore the area. the spacious and well-laid-out rooms were another great aspect of our experience. We also appreciated the effort put into renovating the property and making it contemporary.
The cleanliness could have been better. Perhaps due to recent events, there was a shortage of staff which resulted in delayed cleanings.

Had an comfortable stay, the hotel is deluxe.
The vibe here was very good. As picky eaters we liked to be close to plenty of restaurants, went to Splash couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away...

The cleanliness in the rooms was not satisfactory, with housekeeping being slow to respond to requests.

The staff's behavior was appreciable and the location was convenient for my needs. The room was spacious and clean, with necessary amenities provided. the hotel provided a complimentary breakfast which was delicious and added value to my stay.
The passage from the entrance to the room could be better maintained and the towels provided were not up to par. there was a lack of hygienic options and services such as non-functioning intercom and no bad smell repellent.
